1/2 Lamb boxes include -

    - Whole or two 1/2 legs   
    - Whole or two 1/2 shoulders   
    - Mince   
    - Stewing lamb
    - Rack of lamb or all into best end chops   
    - Chump chops   
    - Loin chops
    - Liver and kidney (optional).

We are happy to accommodate other cuts in this for example bone and rolled joints, breast of lamb, Barnsley (double) chops, leg steaks, shoulder steaks, neck fillet, diced lamb or any other cuts you might require.

Alternative cuts replace standard box items unless you wish to add these on top of box price.
